The District at Tustin Legacy
Developed by Vestar/Kimco and opened since 2007. The District is Orange County’s newest regional shopping and entertainment destination located on the corner of Jamboree Road and Barranca Parkway. The one million square foot center features The Promenade with over 250,00 square feet anchored by a state-of-the-art 14-screen mega plex movie theater complex with restaurants, bistros, cafes, entertainment and various retail uses. Retailers include Whole Foods Market, Costo, Target, Lowes and T.J. Max along with specialty shops including Pinkberry and The District Eye Care, health and beauty focused businesses. Restaurants include Pei Wei Asian Diner, Lucille’s Smokehouse Bar-b-Que, a Native Foods Café, A Marmalade Café and the Winery Restaurant and wine barcenter comprising over 1 million square feet of a mix of users including retail, grocery, restaurants, entertainment, and professional services is located at the southeast corner of the Tustin Legacy project north of Barranca Parkway and bordered on the west by Tustin Ranch Road and the east by Jamboree Road.
The center employs approximately 2,500 people among the tenants occupying the center.
