Sixteen veterans and their families soon will move into brand-new homes born inside a former blimp hangar. About 300 volunteers with Home Depot – most of them from the store’s headquarters in Atlanta – joined Habitat for Humanity at the Tustin Legacy on Wednesday to frame walls that will become eight separate duplexes for veterans.
