There are two masterplanned communities in the Villages of Columbus – Columbus Grove and Columbus Square.
Columbus Grove
The master developer for Columbus Grove is Moffet Meadows Partners, LLC and is a joint venture between Lennar Homes, William Lyon and an investment partner with individual sites within the project sold to merchant developers. The project commenced in 2005 and will ultimately include a total of 465 dwelling units. The project is on-going and is bordered by Moffett Drive to the north, Harvard Avenue to the east, Warner Avenue to the south and Jamboree Road to the west.
The community provides a variety of tastes, built along tranquil tree-lined streets which consist of ten neighborhoods. Each home is designed with diverse architectural style which range from luxury townhomes and paired homes to single-family residence. There are a number of different residential products which have been completed to date, and also includes a total of 42 income-restricted dwelling units.
Columbus Square
The master developer for Columbus Square is Marble Mountain Partners, LLC, a joint-venture of Lennar Homes, William Lyon, and an investment partner with individual sites within the project sold to merchant developers. The project commenced in 2005 and will include a total of 1075 dwelling units and the community will provide seven urban-inspired neighborhoods built along tree-lined streets consisting of luxury townhomes and single-family detached homes.
This community reinvents the old town feel of yesterday with a touch of elegance. Construction of the project is on-going and the overall development site is bordered by Edinger Avenue to the North, Kensington Park Drive to the east, Valencia Avenue to the south, and Severyns Road to the west. The mix will also include a total of 266 income restricted dwelling units to be sold and/or rented as applicable.
