Greenwood Community Park to be Named
Standard Pacific Homes announced the naming and dedication of the new park in Greenwood community in Tustin Legacy. The park will be dedicated to the Chairman of the Board, Ron Foell, who will be retiring from his position. The naming of the six acre park will mark the 50th year since Standard Pacific built a 54-home community in Tustin known as Summerfield.
The park will be situated in the center of Greenwood with over five acres dedicated to the public. The focal point will be a large lawn outlined by heritage trees, as well as an amphitheater for concerts, a basketball court, walking trails, picnic pavilions and many other amenities. Also included in Greenwood amenities is the residence only Legacy Club. The Legacy Club will include a clubhouse, resort-style pool and spa, private restrooms and showers and a covered outdoor living space.
