The City of Tustin Business and Economic Development Council had its meeting on August 14th to discuss plans for the new development by Standard Pacific Homes. Standard Pacific released a rendering of the neighborhood layout of Greenwood, which will be the newest masterplanned community to be built in Tustin Legacy. The neighborhood rendering has been submitted to the Planning Commission for approval.
The Standard Pacific Development will consist of 375 single family homes, ranging in size from 1,800 to 3,979 square feet. The homes within Greenwood in Tustin Legacy will feature large-scale open spaces such as gourmet kitchens that flow into expansive Great Rooms and luxurious master suites.
The community, which will be located on the West side of Jamboree, will offer a choice of four unique collections of home designs and ample community amenities including a central park, trails, an amphitheater, basketball court, bocce ball court, children’s splash pad, a community clubhouse and pool.
