Tustin Legacy is temporarily sold out!
The three communities that were actively selling (Ainsley Park – Columbus Grove, Mirabella – Columbus Square and Augusta – Columbus Square) are now completely sold out. To search resale homes in any of these communities click on “Tustin Field I,” “Tustin Field II,” “Columbus Grove” or “Columbus Square” under “Search Available Properties” on the right hand side of this page.
The Tustin City Council picked Irvine homebuilder Standard Pacific Homes to build an additional 231 to 238 new homes on the 51-acre parcel located near Jamboree Road north of Warner Avenue. Most of the new homes will be single-family, detached houses, and a smaller number will be attached, “carriage house” style homes. Construction is scheduled to being in 2013.
