Two new communities are being built by William Lyon Homes and are now selling in Columbus Square!
Augusta will consist of two story detached single family homes with three models ranging in size from 2,587 to 3,008 square feet. The homes will have lofts, gourmet kitchens, private courtyards and rear-facing 2- and 3-car garages. Prices starting in the high $600,000s.
The Grand Opening of the attached townhome community Mirabella was August 22nd. The homes will consist of three spacious floor plans from 1,706 to 2,198 square feet. The designs feature gathering spaces, modern kitchen, lofts, private exterior courtyards and two-car attached garages.
The Columbus Square masterplanned community provides private recreation centers (including The Village Conservatory – an 8,000 square foot Georgian-style clubhouse which provides a saline pool and spa), walking trails and neighborhood parks.
